USER LOGIN

You should safeguard your password you use to access SocialPage.me. We recommend that all passwords use a combination of upper and lower case letters, symbols and numbers. SocialPage.me will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to safeguard and use complex passwords.

COMPANY PAGES

SocialPage.me allows you to creates pages for a company, business, a brand, or a group of brands. That page must be created by and administered only by an authorised employee, agent or representative of that company, business, a brand, or a group of brands.

DOMAINS

SocialPage.me registered domains should not be generic, not include character symbols that do not apply with our system, not mislead into making it represent an official page of another company, business, brand or group of brands, and not violate someone's rights. SocialPage.me retains the right to delete or suspend any account at any time.

Upon your request and further subject to this Agreement, SocialPage.me will register or renew a domain name or an existing domain name on behalf of Your, with a registrar selected by SocialPage.me. Currently the Registrar for the Services shall be gandi.net, and all new registrations and subsequent renewals of those registrations will be subject to the Ghandi terms and conditions which you may find on their website.

FREE DOMAIN NAME / INCLUDED FIRST YEAR

SocialPage.me on certain occasions will provide you with a domain name free for a certain period as shown, this domain will be register in your name on your behalf and is yours to keep as long as you cover the renewal fees following the free period. The free domain name is only offered on certain TLDs, and others may incur a surcharge which is the difference in cost between the free level and the other pricing level.

RECOVERING A DOMAIN NAME AFTER EXPIRY

If you fail to pay any renewal fees, and the domain expires, it may be possible to renew subject the the Redemption period at the costs incurred by SocialPage.me plus an administrative charge of $100. If you forfeit the domain name by non-payment of the domain, SocialPage.me may sell or transfer the domain name to a third party, delete the domain and thus allow anyone else to register or use the domain for its own purposes.

LEGAL & COMPLAINTS

Sometimes domain names may become part of a legal action, if SocialPage.me is joined as a party to any legal action by the registration of one of your domain names, you agree to be responsible for all costs and legal fees for yourself and SocialPage.me and indemnify and hold SocialPage.me harmless from any action. In the case of a complaint filed with an administrative body regarding your domain name, SocialPage.me may at its sole discretion suspend your usage of the domain, transfer the registration records as forced by legal requirements, move control of the registration record with the appropriate legislative persons or entities.

ADVERTISING

Third party advertising is prohibited without the permission of SocialPage.me.

LINK CONTENT

Social Media links, webpage links and any other links, shall not link to any content which is illegal in Australia, New Zealand and the country in which you operate, or link to pages selling drugs of any kind, or be of a sexual nature.

ACTIVE ACCOUNT

You must ensure your page is active, and by this we use a measurement of page visits and administrator logins. If your account is no longer active, we will consider deleting it, but we contact you first should we wish to do this. What we consider active is at the full discretion of SocialPage.me.

CONTENT

All content is the responsibility of yourself on behalf of the company, business, brand or group of brands. As we can not actively monitor such content we can not take responsibility of the content. We do not endorse or support the accuracy of any content which a company, business, brand or group of brands use.

You agree that you have rights to use your content located on your Instagram account, SocialPage.me does not claim any rights to your content, it only needs your permission to display the content and cache and store on its servers your content for the purposes of displaying the content on services associated with your account. You warrant that you have the power to grant us the ability to do so.

You should not use other peoples and persons content without their permission and you agree that any such usage on your Instagram account will also potentially be displayed on your account and domain created with SocialPage.me

You understand that if you do not have the right to such content you may be liable for the use of such content. You represent that you have the power and rights to use such content.

SocialPage.me will not be responsible or liable under any circumstances for any errors, omissions, data loss incurred during the use of SocialPage.me services and pages.

You provide SocialPage.me with a non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, sub-licensable, royalty free worldwide licence to use any intellectual property you provide us or you post with SocialPage.me.

We will delete any content you ask us to in a reasonable timeframe, but you must understand that removed content may persist in backups and cached copies.

You understand that as with every other page on the Internet that content can be easily copied by others, and that SocialPage.me is not responsible for this. You are aware of the risk you undertaken when using your intellectual property on SocialPage.me

AMENDMENT OF TERMS

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Victoria and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and SocialPage.me that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
